Inspirational Bible Passages for Tombstone Inscriptions

If you are looking for an inspirational bible passage as the perfect inscription on a tombstone, here are several that might fit the bill.

Conquering Death
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

I Corinthians 15:54

Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
